There's no excuse for not getting your workout in today.

25 Pullups
50 Deadlifts (135 lbs.)
50 Pushups
50 Box Jumps (24" platform)
50 Floor Wipers
25 Kettlebell Clean & Press (36 lbs. - each arm for a total of 50 reps)
25 Pullups
