HOLY CRAP!!!! (Yes, that's right! Four (4) exclamation points, son!)
How long has it been?! About a year?!
Yes, something like that!
But you know what?
And that's all that matters!
There are many things that I aspire to share with you and the rest of the world. Whether it's for entertainment value or for the sole purpose of enriching and uplifting your lives in some way, shape, or form.
The goal for my posts have always been (and always will be) about improving the quality of your "Life, Health, and Wellness" - just as my blog is named accordingly.
As I was reflecting on my lack of posting any new content over the course of the year, I made a conscious choice to take a self-imposed hiatus of sorts to see if I could muster up "new stuff" and establish new ground with a fresh perspective on the things that have brought me to the point of where I'm currently at in life. Not just any bullshit stuff that didn't have any value. Rather exposing these things in a real & raw fashion and in a way that feeds your soul and spirit while giving meaning to your 'WHY'!
So here's the deal - my plan is to share with you how things inter-mesh and compound on top of each other and how they ultimately impact EVERYTHING about your life - your mindset, your physique, your sense of self, your relationships with family, friends, co-workers & colleagues, and your career/business.
Over the course of the year, I've had a few friends and colleagues reach out or email me about when I was going to start blogging again. They told me that reading some of my older posts contained valuable info that I needed to resurrect and retell the stories for others to read, or re-read for those of you who were avid followers of my blog.
I guess this was the vote of confidence that I needed to hear while also knowing that there are actually people out there who are willing to take the time to read my stuff and how it resonates with them. Honestly speaking, I was truly doubting myself and my ability to create new content whether it was writer's block, lack of inspiration or motivation, being lazy or a combo of all those things. I guess you could say it was case of the latter.
One thing that I'm grateful for is that the time spent being away from here, in front of my laptop, had given my some new found perspectives on my personal and professional life, my overall shift in my personal health and well being in creating sustainable habits for life that keeps me healthy in mind, body and spirit, and to be able to reflect on the things that truly mean the world to me - my family, my dog, my friends & colleagues, and those who inspire and challenge me to be a better man today than I was yesterday.
With that being said, I just ask one favor of you.
To sit back and be ready to go on one heck of a ride! Cause this baby is definitely gonna be hittin' some speed bumps and some major turbulence along the way. Life isn't always smooth sailing and things don't always travel in a straight line, though we'd like them to. But let's keep it real folks!
No BS, no fluff, no blowing smoke up your ass!
Just straight up content that aims to upgrade the quality of your life!
It's a simple as that.
So, be on the lookout for more cool stuff coming your way in the next day or two.
Also, please be sure to tell your family and friends about my blog as I also plan on offering some promotional stuff on things such as nutritional products & supplements as well as travel and vacation getaways for discounted rates. I've managed to create some awesome relationships with some cool people who are willing to offer their products and services at reduced rates, specifically for my readers and supporters of my LHW blog! I'm almost positive that you'd all appreciate saving some of your hard earned cash rather than paying full price but still getting 100% benefit! You're welcome!
One last thing, if there's things that you want me to write about, discuss or give my take on as it pertains to the theme of my blog, feel free to leave a comment below or email me at email@example.com.
Until then, "keep your ear to the grindstone" and keep kicking ass in all that you do!
