My 5-Minute Power Breakfast of Champions

This a power packed meal with lots of nutrient dense "Powerfoods" that I highly recommend and that I had for breakfast this morning. I call it my "5-Minute Power Breakfast of Champions"!

Check it out:
- 1 cup of Ezekiel 4:9 Flourless Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal (Golden Flax)
- 1 banana (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of pecans (crushed)
- Sprinkle of Organic Cacao Nibs (raw chocolate)
- 1 cup of Vanilla Creme Muscle Milk Light

Kettlebell Basics with Steve Cotter

Here is a video that features two of my college classmates from San Diego State University who are also two top-notch fitness professionals, Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness and Steve Cotter of FullKontact & International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF). Steve is the President & Founder of the IKFF and demonstrates the basics of Kettlebell training with Sean. This type of training brings a whole new dimension of fitness into the game. Enjoy!

Shanghai Dangerous - The Workout

Fraser Quelch, Director of Programming and Education for Fitness Anywhere Inc., gets a chance to blow off some physical energy after a recent training event in Shanghai. Check out this 5 circuit workout that can be done in it's entirety or broken into a number of short intense circuits depending on your time and energy. Amazing what can be accomplished with nothing but a TRX, pull up and dip bars and a jump rope! Don't forget the randomly occuring concrete block if you want to add a little spice to things.
