Say No to Drugs: Fast Food Fitness - Part 2

Check out this video of my friend and colleague Josh Trent, NASM-CES, of Wellness Force and FitnessSD as he exposes the reality of what fast food chains are all about. While these corporations get rich by selling their cheap, poor quality food, the consumers who buy their products are paying the bigger price as they deal with chronic health issues such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

It's time to wake up and smell the coffee America.....unless your plan is "Super Size" that too!

Apolo Ohno's Olympic Workout

Well, it's official. The Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics have begun! This is where all of the world's top level athletes display themselves in action in their sport of choice as they strive for Gold, Silver or Bronze.

The road to get there is no easy feat. These guys & gals have to devote numerous hours of training and practice to achieve their level of athleticism. To give you a glimpse of a typical training day, here's a short video the features our very own Washington State resident, Apolo Ohno - Six-Time Short Track Speed Skater Medalist & Olympic Champion.
