My 5-Minute Power Breakfast of Champions

This a power packed meal with lots of nutrient dense "Powerfoods" that I highly recommend and that I had for breakfast this morning. I call it my "5-Minute Power Breakfast of Champions"!

Check it out:
- 1 cup of Ezekiel 4:9 Flourless Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal (Golden Flax)
- 1 banana (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of pecans (crushed)
- Sprinkle of Organic Cacao Nibs (raw chocolate)
- 1 cup of Vanilla Creme Muscle Milk Light
