The Taco Bell Diet, Biggest Loser & Nonsense

Here's a video of my friend and colleague, Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness. I have to agree 100% with EVERYTHING that he says and the frustrations that we, as personal trainers and fitness professionals, have to deal with. Can fast food diets really help you lose weight? Is it really possible to lose 20-30 lbs. in 1-week? Is it 'real world' fat loss to begin with? Finally, whatever you do, please, please please....WASH YOUR HANDS!! It's time to condense the nonsense!
